An installation at the Maiocchi space and a public speech to affirm his manifesto on “streetwear as the next global artistic movement”: here and when

After the design collection created for IKEA, the multifaceted creative Virgil Abloh arrives in Milan with an installation at Spazio Maiocchi.

The latter, founded by Carhartt WIP and Slam Jam, is a new location dedicated to art, fashion and design in Milan, which aims to shape new cultural experiences in the city.

Which makes it the perfect place to host the work of Abloh, one of the contemporary artistic personalities that most represents the cross between different creative forms

The Chicago native creative, founder of Off-White and creative director of the menswear line of Louis Vuitton, will also present a public speech to affirm his manifesto on “streetwear as the next global artistic movement”.

A current spread among young people, which more than a fashion, represents a multidisciplinary attitude, which breaks the barrier between high culture and real life.
