Twitter launches “Fleet” stories

Twitter bets on temporary content and launches “Fleet”, a tool similar to Instagram Stories with texts, photos and videos that automatically disappear within 24 hours. In these days Twitter is also testing a new function that allows to choose who can reply to tweets and make it easier to retweet with comment. Subscribers on Twitter are currently 156 million (1.6 billion on Facebook). In the fashion segment, during the last round of fashion shows, 11 brands have chosen to broadcast their shows live on Twitter, including Dior, Chanel, Louis Vuitton and Gucci.
