Opening at Harrods in Knightsbridge, the new Blue Box Cafe will be the jeweller’s first in Europe and fourth worldwide, replicating the successful formula first unveiled within the brand’s Fifth Avenue flagship in November 2017. The concept is no doubt inspired by the 1961 film Breakfast at Tiffany’s and the iconic scene that sees Audrey Hepburn gaze into the store’s window as she enjoys a coffee and croissant.  In addition to serving breakfast, the Blue Box Cafe will also offer customers afternoon tea and dinner in a Tiffany-themed paradise. The London site will mirror the aesthetic of its international counterparts with Tiffany blue interiors and touches of timeless glamour to make diners feel as though they are inside the jewellery brand’s famous blue box. The Blue Box Cafe will open on the lower ground floor of Harrods in February for a limited time, with prices starting from £39 per person for breakfast or £43 for two-or three-course dinners.
