Italian fashion supports the fight against Coronavirus. The president of Prada has donated two complete intensive care stations to each of Milan hospitals Vittorio Buzzi, Sacco and San Raffaele. The news follows the important donations of great players such as Armani, Bulgari and Dolce & Gabbana and the president of Gucci Marco Bizzarri. In recent days, Donatella Versace, creative director of the Versace fashion house, and her daughter Allegra Versace Beck, have donated € 200,000 to the intensive care unit of the San Raffaele hospital in Milan. In the same vein, Silvia Venturini Fendi communicated via Instagram that the Carla Fendi Foundation has donated 100.000 euros for the purchase of mechanical fans for the Columbus Healthcare Facility of the Gemelli Polyclinic in Rome, that will become the second Lazio center – after the Spallanzani Institute – for the care of the patients who have contracted Covid-19. Elisabetta Franchi also launched the #sevuoipuoi fundraiser through her non-profit organization to which she personally donated 50.000 euros. Macron, an Italian company in the teamwear sector, has decided to donate 100.000 thousand euros to the Policlinico Sant’Orsola in Bologna on behalf of all its employees.
