“Gucci Osteria” with the chef Massimo Bottura arrives at the Gucci Museum

The Gucci Museum in Florence has a new and more sparkling look, made by the creative director of maison Alessandro Michele: on the ground floor of the Palazzo della Mercanzia we also find the promising Gucci Osteria where the dishes are signed by the chef Massimo Bottura. The chef, famous for his Osteria Francescana of Modena, does not easily grant partnerships, but thanks to his old friendship with the CEO of Gucci, Marco Bizzarri, he decided to make an exception to the rule and to embark on this new and prestigious project , where the protagonist will be a cuisine rich in international commingling, without forgetting the traditional Italian dishes.

From Gucci Osteria you can enjoy traditional menu with an exotic touch

The menu of Gucci Osteria curated by Massimo Bottura provides traditional Italian dishes, complemented by international dishes, which give an exotic touch to the cuisine of this new place. It is no coincidence, in fact, that the chef Ana Karime Lopez Kondo, originally from Colombia, as well as the wife of Massimo Bottura’s sous chef, Taka Kondo, takes the place of the chef in the Gucci Osteria. You can choose dishes such as tortellini with Parmigiano Reggiano and medallion of raw Mediterranean fish, but also a pork belly bun or Peruvian tostadas. Of course, do not miss the desserts, such as the classic chocolate dessert with mascarpone cream. Great attention was also used in the implementation of dishes indicated for those with lactose intolerance.
