Digital 2020 edition for the Fashion Awards 2020: the awards assigned by the British Fashion Council were in fact announced through a 30-minute video shared on YouTube to 20 winners divided into 4 categories: Creativity, Community, Environment and People.

In the Creativity section, Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons were awarded for the first collection designed together and unveiled during last September’s Milan fashion week. Recognition also goes to Riccardo Tisci from Burberry for his commitment to sustainability, inclusiveness and the production of medical masks and gowns for British healthcare workers. Kim Jones, creative director of Dior Men, Jonathan Anderson, at the creative helm of Jw Anderson and Loewe, and Grace Wales Bonner also honored.

The Enviroment category awarded Stella McCartney, who has always been a promoter of green fashion, and The Fashion Pact. Awards also to Gabriela Hearst, new creative director of Chloé and founder of the eco-friendly label of the same name, Christopher Raeburn and Anya Hindmarch.

In the Community section, a prize to Chanel for donations made to charity associations, fundraising, climate initiatives, campaigns in favor of racial equity with a focus on women.

Also awarded were the designer of Asai A Sai Ta, Kenneth Ize, Bethany Williams, Comete McCreery, Holly Fulton, Phoebe English and Michael Halpern. For the People segment, victories were announced for Edward Enninful for his contribution to making the British edition of Vogue more inclusive, Aurora James, Priya Ahluwalia, Lindsay Peoples Wagner and Sandrine Charles, founders of the Black in Fashion Council, and Samuel Ross .
