Moncler rises to 100% of the capital of Stone Island. The player led by Remo Ruffini has in fact signed an agreement relating to the remaining 30 per cent (in addition to the 70 per cent already in its possession) of the share capital of Sportswear Company, the company that owns the Stone Island brand, against 345 million EUR.
