In these last days, the facilities on the payment of rents by retailers are a hot topic. A positive signal comes from Scalo Milano Outlet & More, the village of Locate Triulzi, at the gates of Milan, who has decided to cancel the April rental fee and to delay the payment of the rent May and June to December for its 150 single-brand stores, including 15 restaurants, and for the more than 15 showrooms in the design area. As CEO Davide Lardera explains, Scalo Milano comes from an excellent 2019, in which the aggregate turnover had grown by 34% on 2018, and now wants to “offer concrete help to the stores in order to be able to face the recovery in the coming months serenely. Investing in team spirit is the wisest business choice to strengthen long-term relationships”.
