Saks Fifth Avenue launches a digitalization project increasingly driven by its purchase process with the NuOrder business-to-business marketplace. The pilot project was launched last January, and there are 150 customers on the new platform. Balenciaga, Theory, Rag & Bone, Burberry and Balmain have already joined the initiative. The collaboration with NuOrder allows Saks to reduce the travel times and costs necessary to visit the showrooms. In addition to Saks, Bloomingdale’s and Nordstrom have also chosen to use the NuOrder platform, while Neiman Marcus has turned to the competitor platform Joor.
