After the acquisition of Filati Biagioli Modesto with Zegna, the board of directors of the Prada group led by Patrizio Bertelli approved the proposed merger by incorporation of Figline and Pelletteria Ennepì, already 100 percent controlled. The two companies, both based in Figline Valdarno, specialize respectively in the packaging of bags and in the production of small leather goods. The corporate reorganization is aimed at “rationalizing and simplifying the structure of the Group”.
