The digital format of the 99th edition of Pitti Uomo starts on 12 January, and will remain online until the end of March with streaming events, previews, special projects and a focus on sustainability and international scenarios. The edition will be divided into three macro areas: classic-contemporary world (Fantastic Classic area), sportswear and outdoor (Dynamic Attitude) and research (SuperStyling). Pitti Olympics is the online project that enhances a series of interesting brands selected for each country. The virtual show will be inaugurated by Brunello Cucinelli, who will present his collection for FW 2021-22 on 12 January at 10.00. Among the other live streaming events scheduled, on 13 January at 10.30 Claudio Marenzi will report live from the Milanese showroom next autumn / winter of the Herno and Laminar collections; focus on Herno Globe, the brand’s green label, with the participation of Oscar Farinetti representing Green Pea, the new Turin green retail park where Herno is present. On January 14 at 2.30 pm, it will be Kiton’s turn, who will open the doors of his atelier in Naples live to the public, while on January 21 at 10.30 Lardini will present the new collection “Life in the Woods”, an invitation to search for a relationship intimate with nature and rediscover yourself, through a tour of the brand’s production plants.
