Pitti Uomo 99 focuses on sustainability and hosts the second stage of Sustainable Style, the project curated by fashion editor and independent scouter Giorgia Cantarin, aimed at concretely promoting responsible menswear fashion, hosting a selection of designers from all over the world who combine eco-sustainability , production ethics, aesthetics, style and business. The protagonists of this edition will be: DNI, Flavialarocca, KIDSOFBROKENFUTURE, Kseniaschnaider, Luca Kemkes, Myar, Nous Etudions, Philip Huang, RÆBURN, Reamerei, Uniforme, Vitelli, Yatay, Young n Sang. On January 14, the winner of the “REDA x Sustainable Style” Award will also be announced, chosen from among the protagonists of last summer’s edition, which had the opportunity to produce a capsule collection for Rewoolution, the Reda Group’s activewear brand. In addition to the dedicated Pitti Olympics section, Pitti Uomo is once again promoting international fashion and articulating young creatives from Africa selected by the Ethical Fashion Initiative, the International Trade Center program.
