Today is the last day of the Paris fashion week dedicated to haute couture. Seven fashion houses opted for a return to the catwalk, with Chanel, Dior, Giorgio Armani Privé, Balenciaga, Jean Paul Gaultier, Zuhair Murad and Vaishali S. The calendar included 33 fashion houses, many of which digitally including Fendi, Giambattista Valli, Viktor & Rolf, Schiaparelli and Maison Margiela. Among the most anticipated appointments is the collection by Jean Paul Gaultier created with the guest designer Chitose Abe, creative director of Sacai, as well as Balenciaga’s return to couture after 53 years announced by Demna Gvasalia and postponed due to the health emergency. Three haute joaillerie houses on the calendar: Boucheron, Chopard and Mikimoto.
