Otb could aim to create an Italian luxury hub, after having taken over the German Jil Sander from Onward Holdings, and would be evaluating various purchase options not only among fashion brands but also within the production and distribution chain. Otb currently controls Diesel, Maison Margiela, Marni, Viktor & Rolf, as well as the companies Staff International and Brave Kid. It also holds a minority stake in the American brand Amiri.
