On Sunday 18 April, Napoli will play in the newly renamed Diego Armando Maradona stadium, against Inter, wearing the new Kombat pro 2021 made in Kappa uniforms signed by Marcelo Burlon County of Milan. The shirt shows on the chest a stylized bird with outstretched wings that stands out on the dark blue and yellow version (for goalkeepers) and will be on sale exclusively by Michele Franzese Moda in via Morelli in Naples. An exceptional partnership, the one between Napoli and the designer originally from Patagonia and a fan of Maradona, which represents a dedication of love to Naples as a city, team and fans. The bird on the Napoli shirt represents a sort of phoenix, bird of Paradise or blue eagle, printed on the upper part of the uniform between the neck and chest, which represents the County of Milan brand, the designer’s brand. The logo of the clothing company has also been revisited, accompanied along the sides by a shaded gray band. Black shorts with a deep blue border that recalls the traditional color combination of the Neapolitan club. The limited edition collection includes football kits, balls, backpacks, and streetwear clothing. It takes 150 euros to get the t-shirt and 50 euros for the competition shorts: a price justified by the ‘limited edition’ production. Still, 30 euros the expense to be incurred for the Kappa ball included in the marketing initiative which also includes overalls (250 euros), t-shirt (80 euros), backpack (80 euros) and hat (50 euros).
