Moschino is the first top brand to formalize its participation in Spiga 26, the new Hines project that aims to revitalize via Spiga, one of the main addresses of the fashion district through the creative hub of Palazzo Pertusati. The new Moschino boutique will extend over 600 square meters divided over three levels between via della Spiga and via Senato and will be the main flagship of the brand in the world. Spiga 26 provides for the renovation of the 13 thousand square meters of the building on three levels with mixed use and a 180 square meter green internal courtyard. The retail part has been allocated 3 thousand square meters on three levels, while the upper floors will be converted into office space.
