Moncler will move its Milan headquarter to Porta Romana, in the southern area of the city. The future building is designed by the international architecture and interior design studio Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel (Acpv) and located in the Symbiosis business district of Covivio. The redevelopment project will bring together the Milan corporate population of the Moncler brand in a single space of about 38 thousand square meters, currently located in three different locations. The portion of the building to which LVMH Italia will transfer its headquarters, through a 10-year lease agreement, will welcome the company’s 170 employees starting from the beginning of 2022. “To obtain a high level of environmental sustainability, a corporate campus was designed with architectural solutions aimed at improving thermal efficiency and reducing energy consumption.
