Moncler announces the direct management of e-commerce, in line with an increasingly integrated digital vision aimed at personalizing the experience and strengthening the relationship with the customer along all the points of contact with the brand. The implementation will be gradual by geographical area, and will start from October 2020 in the United States and Canada and then in 2021. Within the next year Moncler will launch a new innovative full omnichannel e-commerce platform that will be based on entertainment, ensuring smooth navigation and a distinctive experience with dedicated content and services that also include product customization. Each project, from the definition of the collections, to the product development up to the planning of the events, will be ‘digital native’ and must therefore be inspired and defined by thinking of digital platforms as the first point of contact with the customer, and then spreading to other channels.
