There is also the Bank of Italy among Moncler’s shareholders. The participation is 1.001 percent for 91.6 million euros. For the company led by Remo Ruffini (which owns 22.5%), Bankitalia’s shareholding joins those of Blackrock (5%), Invesco (3.3%) and Morgan Stanley Asia (3%). Also present was Gic, the sovereign wealth fund of Singapore, which had entered the capital of Moncler at the time of the IPO with 1.63 percent.
