The partnerships between the National Chamber of Italian Fashion and the British Fashion Council (BFC) will bring part of London Fashion Week within Milan Men’s Fashion week. London show Rooms will be in the Savona 56 space and will present the collections of 10 emerging British and 5 Italian designers studying in English fashion schools, in order to show the great synergy between Italian and English training system. In London show Rooms space an artistic installation curated by The Mill and produced by YouConcept will show the new fashion trends through images, with a focus on diversity, energy and talent of young designers. The digital installation will be open to the public with the aim of involving the city as well. The space will be presented to press and buyers with a preview on Saturday 11 at 12:00, then will be inaugurated the same evening with a cocktail at 19:00. Also as part of the partnership, the winner of the BFC / GQ Designer Menswear Fund & Newgen, A-Cold-Wall will parade at Palazzo del Ghiaccio on Monday 13 January National Chamber of Italian Fashion has also chosen to collaborate with Confartigianato Imprese, Ministry of Economic Development and ICE-Agency for the promotion abroad and the internationalization of Italian companies to present Milan and Italy internationally as a fashion production center, the system of Italian small and medium-sized enterprises and their know-how; and also to enhance the Italian proposal for men’s fashion, which starts in Florence with Pitti and continues in Milan with Fashion Week. As part of this project, Marco De Vincenzo fashion show will take place.
