Milan Fashion Week s/s 2024

The long-awaited event, Milan Fashion Week s/s 2024, has kicked off! The president of the National Chamber for Italian Fashion, Carlo Capasa. Capasa pointed out that Milan, unlike other international fashion capitals, is able to completely transform itself during fashion week. While in cities like London or New York the fashion week effect is dispersed among the streets, in Milan it becomes dominant and impossible to ignore. Crossing the city during those days means inevitably running into a world of creativity, talent and beauty. Milan Fashion Week p/s 2024 in June will be a one-of-a-kind event. As Capasa mentioned, “this fashion week starts in Florence with Pitti and ends in Milan.” This means that the eyes of the world are on our country for a much longer period of time than our competitors. Behind the glamorous atmosphere and innovation of the fashion shows, there is a reality of artisan manufacturing of the highest quality and excellence. This production chain is of fundamental importance for the economy of our city and our country, as stressed by the Councillor for Economic Development, with delegation to Fashion and Design, Alessia Cappello. After the success of the fall-winter 2023/2024 collections, presented in the fashion capitals in January, February and March, Milan from June 16 to 20 welcomes the new men’s collections for the 2024 summer season. 72 appointments, both physical and digital, will keep us in suspense until June 20. There will be 22 physical fashion shows dedicated to the spring-summer 2024 men’s collection, along with 5 digital fashion shows, 4 exclusive presentations and 11 special events.
