Michael Kors relies on French Cwf – Children Worldwide Fashion for its first kidswear collection which will be added to the license already active for years with Synclaire Brands for children’s footwear. The group is one of the most important specialized players in the world. In addition to the labels owned by Carrément Beau and Billieblush, it is in fact a partner of well-known luxury brands including Chloé, Boss, Lanvin, Paul Smith, Givenchy, Kenzo, Marc Jacobs and Zadig & Voltaire. The French group, which belongs to a pool of investors such as Arkéa, Raise Investissement and Dzeta, also manages the Kids Around multi-brand store chain and expects an annual turnover of 260 million euros at the end of 2021, an increase compared to 210 million of 2020. In August Joshua Schulman took over the helm of Michael Kors and in September 2022 he will succeed John D. Idol as CEO of Capri Holdings, which owns the brand.
