Bottega Veneta opens a new store in via Condotti in Rome, inside the prestigious Palazzo Della Porta Negroni Caffarelli. The store represents the largest store in Europe, built according to the new concept of Daniel Lee, creative director of the maison since 2018 and extended over an area of 591 square meters on two floors. The Roman shop replaces the one in via Piazza San Lorenzo in Lucina. The ground floor features a Palladian floor, an ancient marble flooring system that uses Giallo Siena, Radika and Moresco marble. The rugs are made of Merino wool, handcrafted in Nepal. They are vegetable dyed to match the colors of the permanent collection.
