Balenciaga, one of the forerunners of the luxury sneakers phenomenon, celebrates its famous Track.2 with a special edition called ‘Sculpture Track’, in silver-plated brass with the appearance of a Track.2 size 41. The object has not been sewn but assembled in Italy by welding 16 molded pieces one by one. Sold for 4,900 euros, the unique sculpture is available online and in the single-brand stores in Milan, Paris, Beverly Hills, New York, Beijing and Dubai
