CitizenM, a Dutch investor in the luxury hotel sector, chooses Antirion Sgr to set up a fund to invest in existing hotels or to be converted into the main Italian cities. The brand is aimed at customers who love contemporary design, accustomed to intelligent technology and mobility. The first acquisition of the Fund concerns a property in the historic center of Rome, on the Lungotevere, in front of Tiberina Island and near the Jewish Ghetto. The property will be converted to become a 160-rooms accommodation facility, and will represent the first Italian opening of the citizenM format. Then it will be the turn of Milan.
