London inaugurates a new digital fashion week format: from 12 to 14 June the British Fashion Council will create a “gender neutral” platform for professionals and customers, with established and emerging brands that will present their collections and more news, insights, interviews, digital showrooms and podcasts. Buyers will be able to purchase new collections and stocks from current ones. Shanghai and Tokyo have also recently developed online fashion weeks. London is the first digital platform experiment that includes the entire calendar of one of the main fashion capitals.
