OTB and its President Renzo Rosso have renewed their contract with John Galliano as Creative Director of Maison Margiela. John Galliano was appointed to head the French conceptual fashion house in October 2014 and since then he has been guiding it towards new creative horizons of success, making it to all effects “the coolest cutting-edge couture house”.

His fashion shows are a reference point for fashion week, and his collections inspire the world of design on a global level. Working with a pyramidal logic, starting from the ‘Artisanal’ couture collection that is declined in the pret-à-porter lines and accessories, John Galliano has been able to create a new, relevant and coordinated image and offer that are meeting the favor of the market .

The maison’s sales have doubled since her arrival. In the last five years, under his leadership, a series of iconic accessories (bags and sneakers, in particular) have been launched that have brought the accessories business to 60% of total brand sales. A new fragrance, “Mutiny”, developed with L’Oréal, arrived on the market with a powerful message of communication.
