The Swedish soccer champion of Milan Zlatan Ibrahimovic, a few days before his participation as a guest at the 71st Sanremo Festival, launches the limited edition Icon, a Spring / Summer collection signed in collaboration with Dsquared2. With the slogan “Great players beat records. Icons change the game”, Ibrahimovic thus transforms himself into a stylist, personalizes the garments and also becomes their testimonial. Icon both on and off the pitch, the portrait of Zlatan Ibrahimović taken by photographer Giampaolo Sgura becomes a graphic element of the collection, appearing on the back of a nylon jacket and on the front of sweatshirts together with the footballer’s strong and motivating quote about sport. The Icon logo is associated with the surname of Ibrahimović, and the Dsquared2 lettering in red. The collection includes different product categories: denim jackets in blue and black washes, a denim shirt, a leather biker jacket and then black and white jersey sweatshirts and t-shirts. Another symbol of Ibrahimović is the replica of the tattoo with the words ‘Only God Can Judge Me’, on the side of a t-shirt, the same position where the football player has engraved it on the skin. The collection also includes sweatshirts and t-shirts for children, swim shorts, bags, low-top sneakers, baseball caps and underwear with ‘Ibra’ written on the elastic.
