According to what reported by the Financial Times, H&M will strengthen its retail nerwork, in order to respond to the criticisms of slowness in digital development put forward by investors, worried by the continuous opening of physical stores. This year H&M will open the lowest number of stores in decades, adding 25 windows to the 5,067 existing units. Today, H&M allows you to collect goods purchased online in 14 countries in the store, while web shopping returns are available in street stores in 16 countries. These services will be expanded and extended to multiple markets.
