Hind SpA, the investment holding company dedicated to Italian companies of excellence founded and chaired by Claudio Rovere, increases its presence in the fashion and luxury clothing segment and through the subsidiary Holding Moda acquires the majority of RBS, a company specialized in the development and production of outerwear for many of the leading international luxury brands. RBS boasts forty years of experience in the development and production of outerwear and outwear (trench coats, down jackets, bomber jackets, heat-sealed, washed / treated, leather and fabric garments) for men and women. In 2019 the company produced 70,000 garments, for a total turnover of around 11 million euros.
