Immersive digital experiences and diversified proposals
Not pop up, but Pin: this will be the name of Gucci’s temporary shops, whose openings will be staggered from now until next year and which take their name from the “pins”, the placeholder pins of the digital interactive maps.
The opening will take place in large cities such as Paris, Seoul and Hong Kong, and the shops will have a name that reflects the offer offered within them. Each Gucci Pin will then be accompanied by an interactive immersive digital experience thanks to new augmented reality technologies planned for some of these stores in 2020.
The first stores are dedicated to the Gift Giving collection, which celebrates the Flora motif. At the beginning of 2020, the Gucci Pin for the year of the Chinese mouse dedicated to Mickey Mouse will open. The Gucci Pin GG Psychedelic will open between the end of January and March 2020, and will be dedicated to travel items, accessories and ready-to-wear garments characterized by the multicolored GG motif with stars.
