The luxury brand Gucci announces that it will unveil its new collection entitled ‘Overture of something that never ended’ through a ‘mini-series of the same name in seven episodes during the GucciFest, a fashion and digital cinema festival, which will take place from 16 to 22 November. Shot in Rome and co-directed by the director Gus Van Sant and the creative director of the maison Alessandro Michele, the seven-part series features actress, artist and performer Silvia Calderoni and will see the participation of other well-known faces close to the brand among including art critic Achille Bonito Oliva, choreographer Sasha Waltz, musicians Billie Eilish, Harry Styles and Florence Welch. “The seven episodes – announces an official note – will be broadcast daily during the festival exclusively on YouTube Fashion, Weibo, Gucci YouTube and included in the dedicated website GucciFest.com, gradually revealing the new collection day by day.
