Four characters in search of the monogram. Gigi Hadid is «the boy» and «the girl», «the gentleman» and «the lady» in the new Burberry campaign designed by the creative director Riccardo Tisci and entirely dedicated to TB, the initials of the famous founder, Thomas Burberry.
First time in August 2018, the monogram was designed by the designer in collaboration with British art director and graphic designer Peter Saville.
At the time of his appointment, Riccardo Tisci discovered in the maison’s archive a selection of 20th century Thomas Burberry logo motifs that inspired him to create a new code for the maison.
Protagonist Gigi Hadid, portrayed and filmed by photographer Nick Knight and then stylist Katy England, art director Peter Saville, make-up artist Isamaya French and hair stylist Gary Gill. The collection will be available for purchase globally in selected Burberry stores and online starting May 22.

I worked with Riccardo for the first time on his Burberry debut and the timing seemed perfect. We had the opportunity to really know each other.
