Istituto Marangoni is preparing to host the Open Day dedicated to all future professionals in fashion, art and design presenting the wide range of training offered by its schools in Milan and Florence.
This is the right occasion for those who want to work in the fashion system and get to know the undergraduate and postgraduate courses in order to better guide their path and their talent.
Students’ and Alumni Testimonial projects can be seen by hand, meeting the teaching staff and collecting detailed information on the admissions process.
From 11:00 to 17:00 students’ works will be on display and there will be the opportunity to compare with the professors of Fashion Design, Fashion Styling, Fashion Business, Art and Visual Design.
In addition, individual talks are scheduled with the Guidance Office, the Career Service, the housing service and guided tours at the historic school in Via Verri 4.
Numerous seminars & workshops proposed in this day, such as Fashion Styling “Communicating fashion today. The language of the Fashion Stylist in the panorama of contemporary fashion “(The Milan School of Fashion), of Visual Design” New Trends in Visual Design “(The Milan School of Design) and still Art” The role of the artist today “(The Florence School of Fashion & Art), Fashion Design – Fashion Illustration workshops, focusing on the themes of communication codes in fashion, design and art, on managerial skills to support creativity and study current trends.
On September 13th from 3.00 to 8.00 pm, the Milan School of Design opens in via Cerva 24, to learn about the various courses on the calendar together with the Program Leaders.
Starting at 3.10 pm, Mark Anderson, Director of Education, will introduce the Istituto Marangoni and present the academic offer.
A focus will be made with Marcella Bricchi, Interior Design Program Leader, on the theme “Interior Design Experience”; Stefano Caggiano, Program Leader of Product Design will present the theme “Design makes sense”; Sergio Nava, Visual Design’s Program Leader will speak instead of “New Directions in Visual Design”. Furthermore, it will be an opportunity to see students’ works on display.
To conclude, on September 15th from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm, there will be the Open Day of the Florence School of Fashion & Art, in Via dè Tornabuoni 17, Florence,
Here too it will be possible to visit the school and gather useful information on the training courses.
You can participate in the “The Fine Art Collective” Art workshop; for Fashion Design it will be possible to follow the lecture “The trend in fashion”; in the field of Fashion Business, instead, discover “Manageriality in support of creativity”.
