Facebook launches ‘Facebook Shops’, virtual showcases to help businesses boost online sales and make shopping easie. Customers will be able to access it from both Facebook and Instagram, choose the products to be included in the virtual catalog and customize their online showcase. It will be possible to find Facebook Shops on a company’s Facebook page or Instagram profile, or discover them in stories or advertisements. The new ‘social commerce’ function also provides, as in a shop, for asking a clerk for help, sending questions and messages to the company through WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram Direct. With Live Shopping you can buy a product during a video presentation, like in a teleshopping.
