Luxury and fine bags, Christie’s is planning a busy calendar of sales of exclusive pieces from fashion houses such as Hermès, Chanel, Fendi and Louis Vuitton, Gucci and Dior. The first Handbags & Accessories event, from 9 to 25 June, will include over 100 lots, including a 2018 limited edition Kelly Picnic and a very precious canary yellow personalized Hermès Custom Matte Mimsa Alligator. Second online appointment from 14 to 28 July and live sales on 10 July in Hong Kong with Hermès bags, including a very rare crocodile Birkin Himalaya with an estimated value of up to 100 thousand dollars, and a limited edition of mini Constance in leather and silk printed. London will be on July 31st. Excellent results were achieved in particular by the luxury categories, with sales rates of 89% to 99 percent.
