The Estée Lauder Companies has appointed Jane Lauder to the new role of executive vice president, enterprise marketing and chief data officer, and named Michelle Freyre as senior vice president, global general manager. Lauder will report directly to Fabrizio Freda, president and CEO of The Estée Lauder Companies. Lauder will lead company strategy with a focus on generating growth through data and digitally-driven initiatives. Lauder, who is the granddaughter of Estée Lauder, has served with ELC for over 23 years, most recently as the global brand president of Clinique.
