News in the relaunch plan of Conte of Florence, aimed at the sale of the historic sportswear brand. Two offers are ready for the purchase of society based in Altopascio (LU), founded in 1952 in Florence on the initiative of Romano Boretti, who took over the Con.T.E.-Exclusive Fabrics Packaging store. According to Fashion network, after 19 months of provisional exercise, the tender was published and two Italian industrial companies in the sector have immediately showed interest in the purchase of Conte of Florence. To save their jobs, employees are also working on a workers buyout initiative, that is they would buy the company by injecting its own economic resources as share capital, aided by the world of cooperation. The call for tenders is open until March 9th.
