Condé Nast is boosting its giving a boost to its global leadership team with the appointment of Mike Goss as chief financial officer, and Deirdre Findlay as chief marketing officer. Both executives will begin with the fashion media company in January, 2020. Goss will oversee the company’s global financial operations and global business development and partnerships, as well as corporate strategy and legal and content rights management. Prior to joining Condé, Goss most recently served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Sotheby’s. Findlay will manage all consumer marketing efforts for the company and will focus on developing a global, data-driven digital strategy that will drive direct-to-consumer revenue. Findlay’s team will further manage brand development for global titles, and oversee consumer research and insights and audience development. Prior to Stitch Fix, Findlay served as senior director of global hardware marketing with Google and senior director of consumer marketing at ebay.
