Thom Browne moved his first steps by working with Giorgio Armani, as a New York salesman. He is called after by Ralph Lauren to draw the Club Monaco line. In 2001 he launches his brand with five bosses, who sells in a small atelier by appointment. The success is practically immediate, and in 2004 here is the first collection of ready-to-wear and male accessories, while the woman will see the light in the 2011. Three times Menswear Designer of the Year for the Council of Fashion Designer of America, he designed for Moncler and Brooks Brothers. Ermenegildo Zegna bought the majority stake in the brand 85%, with Browne as Unique shareholder.
