Marcelo Burlon was born in Argentina, precisely in the Patagonia region, from an Italian father and a Lebanese mother. In 2012 he founded Marcelo Burlon County of Milan with Davide De Giglio and Claudio Antonioli, a brand dedicated to the Lombard capital that changed his life. It initially produced t-shirts, smartphone cases and sweatshirts. The success was so overwhelming that it pushed him to create an entire collection. In 2005 he presented his first men’s collection at Pitti Uomo 87. Later he also dedicated himself to the women’s collection, entering the Milano Moda Donna calendar and later also children. Argentina, in particular Patagonia, represents one of the distinctive features of the lines and graphic motifs used in the design and textures of the clothing he designed: hawks, wolves, feathers; all symbols of shamanism and the tradition of the indigenous people of Patagonia. It seems that the co-founder of County Of Milan is a sort of shaman for the new generations. Lines and outfits are now becoming a cult and are destined to leave their mark in the history of fashion in these 10s.
