Roberto Cavalli will carry out an impressive real estate project: the Cavalli Tower, a super luxury skyscraper in Dubai that will be built in collaboration with Damac Properties, an international real estate development company based in the city of the United Arab Emirates. Since 2019, the fashion house has passed from Clessidra Sgr to the founder and president of Damac Properties, Hussain Sajwani, through his private investment company Dico Grop. The new tower, consisting of 485 units, is located in the Dubai Marina district. The beachfront skyscraper has 70 floors with views of Palm Jumeirah Island and interiors designed by the Italian maison. The value of the project is 545 million dollars; construction work on the tower will begin next year for four years, but some apartments have already been booked. Designed by award-winning architect Shaun Killa, creator of the Dubai Museum of the Future, the tower is divided into three sections: the first floors fall into the luxury category, the central section is considered upper luxury, the top floors offer residents super luxury finishes and functionality.
