The president of the National Chamber of Italian Fashion Carlo Capasa foresees the future of fashion between live shows and digital sharing. Milan fashion week, at the finish line yesterday, saw the alternation of 23 physical shows, overtaking New York, London and even Paris at the starting blocks yesterday. The traditional catwalks were joined by 41 videos broadcast on the CNMI platform and the different channels of the individual brands: “The physical show itself, transmitted digitally – explains Capasa – has a crazy numerical response, I don’t think we can do without it in the future and we will refine more the means. Thanks to the partnerships with Kommersant Publishing House for Russia, Tencent Video for Mainland China, The Asahi Shimbun for Japan and The New York Times for the United States, we have created a very strong network to tell our stories. In July, we exceeded 16 million users during our first digital fashion week and I believe this edition will be even more successful”.
