The 10 million euro brand has successfully launched Blu, an incursion into jeans with eco-sustainable garments

Tailoring heritage and timeless elegance are the key words that tell the story of Briglia 1949, a 10 million euro trademark of revenues specialized in men’s trousers, born in 2012 by Michele Carillo and the twenty-year experience in the production of tailored garments that count on a distribution in 400 points of sale, especially in northern Europe and Japan.

With the aim of expanding its presence on the international market, Briglia 1949 has recently presented a project called Blu and is a capsule collection of jeans, “a crafted denim that maintains its elegant and formal appeal”, Carillo underlined. Two fits: a slim fit and a relaxed fit evolved more comfortably with the addition of a cinchonasche chino model.

The collection boasts the use of Italian materials and washes designed to achieve a vintage effect, 100% sustainable thanks to the use of two non-polluting technologies such as laser and ozone.

Not enough, the second project of the brand or Briglia 1949 Racconta is divided into five models that correspond to five categories of customers. The first, La Sartoria is characterized by the use of precious fabrics, La Performance focuses on a series of active and technological fabrics, while I Bermuda presents a fun, colorful and casual selection. In the other two categories, the Fabric and the Leather are respectively models made with cotton linen fabrics and, for the second variant, pants in goat nubuck leather worked near Naples.
