Borbonese shoes run with the Della Pia S.r.l. The Neapolitan partner, licensee of the footwear of the Turin leather goods brand, brings the new fall / winter 2020 collection to Micam 89, putting the turbo on the international markets. The global license agreement has an initial term of five years and is supported by the Borbonese sales network. “The goal is to reach 250-300 customers worldwide: today we are in 60/70 multi-brands which will soon increase to 150”, explains Della Pia S.r.l.’s sales manager, Pasquale della Pia. The target markets are Asia and Northern Europe. “In Japan, China and Korea are looking for quality Made in Italy, while the brand is already strong in northern European countries”, continues Della Pia, vice president of Assocalzaturifici and delegate for digitalization and sustainability in the new Badon team. The Della Pia shoe factory has been active for three generations in the production of footwear for the big luxury brands and in the SS2020 it launched the D. Milano brand, which replaced the historic brand of Deimille company.
