The Armani Group inaugurated the “Residences by Armani / Casa” project in Sunny Isles Beach, Miami. It is the first one in the United States and the largest one created by the company’s Interior Design Studio. The complex has common areas (a lounge, cigar and wine room, a game room, a bar, a restaurant and a theater) furnished in Art Decò style, an artistic trend very present in the resort of Florida. The housing units are of six different types and all leave great space for light, with a large terrace overlooking the ocean. The project was carried out in close collaboration between the Interior Design Studio by Armani / Casa, Cesar Pelli and his architectural firm Pelli Clarke Pelli, Enzo Enea, The Related Group and Dezer Development.
