American Vintage, a French men’s and women’s clothing brand founded in 2005 by Michaël Azoulay, has inaugurated a new 96 square meter London store inside the Old Spitafields Market, in the East End of the English capital. The brand’s retail expansion strategy continues, which in Italy saw the opening a few months ago of a new store in Turin, alongside the existing ones in Verona, Florence, Rome and Bologna and the two outlets of Serravalle and Scalo Milano. And just as regards the Lombard capital, there may be important news within this year. “Italy today represents 5% of the total turnover, so there are many growth opportunities, even if it is a difficult market, with strong competition and very high rents in the main cities” explain by American Vintage, which today has about 200 store in the area, increasing its presence in the multi-brands that already sell the brand.
