Aeffe takes total control of Moschino. The group listed on the Star segment of the Italian Stock Exchange acquired 30% of the shares of the Moschino company from Sinv Holding, Sinv Real Estate and Sinv Lab, thus coming to own the entire capital. The operation is part of the strategy linked to the Moschino brand, which aims at the process of future integration of the women’s collections within the Aeffe group. The Moschino company entrusted Aeffe with the production and distribution license of the men’s and women’s collections since the foundation in 1983. Following the premature death of the founder Franco Moschino in 1994, Aeffe tightened his bond with the maison in 1999, taking over 70% of the his actions. Moschino will be among the protagonists of the next New York Fashion week, where the maison will unveil the women’s spring / summer 2022 collection on Thursday 9 September.
