Alessandro Michele, creative director of Gucci, has invited visual artists from all over the world to renew the G-Timeless automatic watch models, highlighting the distinctive element of the bee, used for the first time by Gucci in the 1970s. Among the artists, the Chinese Winnie Chi and the British Kieron Livingstone, the Londoners Oh de Laval and Tishk Barzanji, the Californian Balfua, the Spanish David Macho and the Russian Andrey Kasay. The Gucci G-Timeless watch is characterized by a stone dial decorated with the famous bees, the transparent caseback reveals the automatic movement that animates it. There are eight models of G-Timeless: three combine 18-karat yellow gold case with black onyx dial, brown tiger eye or green malachite. Five further variants combine a steel case with a blue lapis lazuli or black onyx dial.
