After opening luxury hotels in Milan (the first, in 2004), London, Bali, Beijing and Dubai, the jewelry brand debuts in Japan, with the first Bulgari Hotel in Tokyo whose opening is scheduled for the end of 2022.
The new structure, the result of the agreement between the Lvmh brand and the Japanese real estate company Mitsui Fudosan Co., will occupy the last seven floors of a 45-level skyscraper, conceived for the construction of the urban redevelopment project of Yaesu 2-Chome North District Category I 2.
The location is strategic, close to the Nihombashi and Ginza shopping areas, the Imperial Palace, Tokyo Station and the Nihombashi and Marunouchi financial district. In addition to the Bulgari Hotel, the tower will host offices and shops.
Signed, like the others in the chain, by Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, the new building will have 98 rooms and suites, as well as a bar, restaurant, lounge with fireplace, a 1,500 square meter spa, a 25-meter indoor pool and fitness center .
There will also be a Chocolate Store and a Ballroom with outdoor space.
